Our company is known industry wide for our ability to get claims settled  promptly  through our  highly qualified staff with wide experience in Loss Assessing, Adjusting and Claims  Settlement.  This aspect of our function as Brokers is  of great importance to us and our staff are equipped to survey losses and give every assistance required  to the claimant.

Essential to achieving this objective is the " FJC'  Account Handler  System' which ensures that the Accounts Executives providing the Underwriting Expertise to the Client are also the same executives who handle all claims on behalf of our clients .  

Our Well Earned Reputation in the industry also helps ensure that  we have arrangements with most major insurers to deal with all Claims with Dispatch.
