Apart from his
tenure of office as the Military Governor of Lagos State between 1967 and 1975
with an unblemished record, he has been in business and holds the Directorship
of many companies, including the Chairmanship of Nigeria’s foremost construction
company - Julius Berger Nigeria Plc.
Brigadier - General Johnson also serves as a Trustee of many organisations and
is the current President of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation.

OON, KSC, FCA. FCIT. - DIRECTOR
A fellow of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Treasurer of ICAN for
over ten years, and past National President of ICAN, Sir (Chief) Oguntimehin is
a Knight of the Anglican Church, and Gbogi of Ondo land. He holds the
Directorship of many companies. In recognition of his outstanding contributions
to the growth of the financial sector of the economy, he was honoured with a
national title of Officer of the Order of the Niger by the Federal Government of
Nigeria in 2002

Johnson, ACIB. - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr Johnson
is a graduate of the University of London in the field of Economics and
Political Science. His professional insurance experience commenced over 20 years
ago in the Lloyds Market with Willis, Faber & Dumas. Appointed an Executive
Director of Femi Johnson & Company Ltd in 1987, he also sits as a Director on
the Boards of several Companies.

Frank, ACIB. - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
He oversees
our Operations in the Northern part of the country from our office in Abuja. He
joined the company in March 1979 after the completion of his Insurance education
at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and has served for over 20 years in
various capacities in the Northern Offices including pioneering the
establishment of
Kaduna
and Abuja Offices. He was appointed an Executive Director in April 2001.
